What is My Mail Box and
what does it do for me?
My Mail Box is a virtual mail box ONLY and not a
personal pop3 a/c like Hotmail or Yahoo. We DO NOT OFFER FREE
WEB MAIL SERVICE. All mail from members will come directly to
this mailbox and a notification will be emailed to your primary
email id informing you of awaiting mail in your virtual mailbox.
How do I login to My Mail
Box?

Login using your Email /Unique Id &
password.

Click on the "Mail Box" link available in
the left panel of your screen under the heading 'At Your
Service'

All mail new is well as old will be
displayed.
How do I read a message
received?
-
Login using your Email /Unique Id &
password.

Click on the "Mail Box" link available in
the left panel of your screen under the heading 'At Your
Service'

All mail new as well as old will be
displayed.

Click on the "View" link to view message.
How do I reply to a
message received from an Ex-colleague?

Login using your Email /Unique Id &
password.

Click on the "Mail Box" link available in
the left panel of your screen under the heading 'At Your
Service'

All mail new as well as old will be
displayed.

Click on the "View" link to view message.

The members’s message will be displayed.

Click on the "Reply" button below the
message

Respond to the message in the text area
provided

Click on the "Send" button on the top right
hand side of the message box
How do I delete a
message received from an Ex-colleague?
Option 1 – deleting single messages :
-
Login using your Email /Unique Id &
password.
-
Click on the "Mail Box" link available in
the left panel of your screen under the heading 'At Your
Service'

All mail new as well as old will be
displayed
-
Tick the box alongside the message you wish
to delete.
-
Click on the "Delete" button on the top
Inbox Message box.
Option 2 – deleting multiple messages :
-
Login using your Email /Unique Id &
password.
-
Click on the "Mail Box" link available in
the left panel of your screen under the heading 'At Your
Service'
-
All mail new as well as old will be
displayed
-
Tick the box alongside the messages you wish
to delete.

Click on the "Delete" button on the top
Inbox Message box.
What is Delete and send a
copy to me and how do I use it?
-
You can delete messages from your Virtual
Mail Box and have it sent to your primary email id.
-
To delete & send a copy to your primary
email id, Login using your Email & password.
-
Click on the "Mailbox" link
-
All mail new as well as old will be
displayed
-
Tick the box alongside the messages you wish
to delete and sent to your primary email id
-
Tick the box "Delete and send copy to me"
-
Click on the "Delete" button
I’m unable to access "My
Mailbox" – why?
-
You have not confirmed your membership when
you initially registered without which you will not be able
to access your mailbox.
-
To retrieve your confirmation key – click on
the "My Page" tab of the navigation bar and subsequently
click on the link "Confirmation" in the yellow band.
-
A confirmation key will be emailed to you.
Upon complying with the instructions mentioned in this email
– you will be able to access your mailbox.
-
However, if you are a CONFIRMED MEMBER,
kindly refresh the screen by either clicking on the
"REFRESH" button of your browser or press the Control+F5
keys together to refresh your screen.
Whilst surfing through I
get logged out – why is this so and what should I do?
-
If you are behind a firewall or on a proxy
server and if the connection trips you will be logged out
for which you will have to login again.
-
If you are not behind a firewall or on a
proxy server and you get logged out – Kindly refresh the
screen by either clicking on the "REFRESH" button of your
browser or press the Control+F5 keys together to refresh
your screen
I cannot login using my
valid email / unique id & password – why is this so?
It could be for one of the following reasons
:
-
Your are entering your password in LOWERCASE
alphabets when you have actually registered a password using
UPPERCASE. In which case when keying in your password please
switch ON the ALL CAPS lock of your keyboard and enter it.

Your are entering your password in UPPERCASE
alphabets when you have actually registered a password using
LOWERCASE. In which case when keying in your password please
switch OFF the ALL CAPS lock of your keyboard and enter it.

You may have misspelt your login id – kindly
check and retry again.
How can I contact all
members at one go with a single email?
-
Sorry, the option of sending a group mail to
all your ex-colleagues is not available
-
However, you can try adding them to your
buddy list and depending upon their confirmations, you can
then group email them.
